The Atelierista is for all lifelong learners, students, educators, and artists.
Arts Education for All: lesson plans and project ideas for school, home school, and community groups; journal prompts for artists at all stages of creative pursuits; videos about art, artists and visual culture; blog posts with resources for artists, educators, and students… everyone!
What is an atelierista? From the Reggio Emilia approach of early education, the atelierista is an artist educator who collaborates with students and teachers to craft learning experiences that compliment class curriculum. I use this term here for my curiosity- and exploration-focused teaching artist practice and tools that I make available to all learners and educators.
